Quite a few years ago (B.M. - “Before Mouse,” as we say), almost everyone in an office had a “flip chart” like the one below to keep track of the various program functions.  I created the one below for a couple of medical transcribers who felt that going back and forth to use the mouse to enter word processing commands slowed her down considerably.
