All of our computers are custom built. We use only top-of-the line components (genuine Intel processors and boards, Seagate hard drives, etc.) which we fully guarantee for one year from date of purchase. Depending on your needs and resources, an excellent new computer can cost as little as $499 (budget) or as much as $2499 (gaming), but every computer will be constructed and delivered to you, usually within four working days, with the same high level of craftsmanship and support. On site set-up and configuration (recommended), as well as data transfer from your old computer, requires a service call in addition to the cost of the hardware. To order a computer, consider each numbered section below, adding only those options you desire, then call for a quote. Or, if you prefer, call us to discuss your choices in deeper detail, as we may make additional recommendations for gaming or business computers. Taxes, of course, additional. Most of our laptops are Toshiba Tecras. Also, several models of Lenovos, Acers, Asus and Dells. Over the years, we have discovered that the Tecra laptops has provided the best performance with virtually no issues. While the Toshiba Satellite and Satellite Pro residential models cost less, in our opinion they are not built to provide the longevity and performance of the Tecra. We also strongly recommend that, whatever laptop you purchase, you seriously consider the extended all-hazards warranty that you can purchase separately, especially if the laptop is used for students, business or travel purposes. While the cost of the warranty may be substantial, it is far less than the cost of a screen (the part most frequently replaced in laptops) and it covers intentional or even stupid damage (e.g. you back over it with your car by mistake) so long as you physically return the computer.
